Meet Dr. Stephen Priolo Jr., D.C.
Dr. Stephen Priolo Jr., D.C., is a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as a certified medical examiner with the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners (NRCME). He graduated from Northeast College of Health Sciences (formerly New York Chiropractic College) in 2022.

Dr. Priolo specializes in the evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions, utilizing a range of techniques including myofascial release, physical modalities, chiropractic manipulative therapy, and condition-specific active care. His treatment approach is evidence-informed and tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals.

Comeback Chiropractic and Wellness, PLLC, was established with the mission to make high-quality chiropractic care accessible and affordable for residents of the Greater Philadelphia Area. To best serve patients, Dr. Priolo provides mobile chiropractic services, bringing a portable chiropractic table and treatment equipment directly to patients' homes or workplaces—providing convenience and scheduling flexibility.

As an avid golfer and former NCAA baseball pitcher, Dr. Priolo has firsthand experience with the physical demands of athletes and understands how chiropractic care can help improve performance and recovery. His goal is to help each patient make their personal "Comeback"—overcoming pain, regaining mobility, and continuing to do the activities they love.
